Prepare for your pivot

In Workshop 0, work on the foundations of your own brand and offer. Bring your experience, existing material and the questions you’re still working through.

Build around your business

Continue into Upgrade: five live workshops and three office-hour sessions over 12 weeks, with a customised Business Brain and a library of skills.

Put it to work

Build at least two workflows around real tasks, such as content, your website and sales follow-up. Practise, review the results and bring questions to office hours.

Can I book Workshop 0 on its own?

No. It is complimentary preparation for participants joining Upgrade. It is not a separate paid workshop or a free standalone event.

Do I need to have my new brand and offer finished?

No. This is for experienced business owners who are shaping their next direction. Bring what you already know, the work you’ve done and your initial ideas.

Is this for someone starting their first business?

This page is for people who already have business experience and want to move into selling their expertise under their own brand.

Does Workshop 0 replace one of the five workshops?

No. It is additional preparation before the five core Upgrade workshops.

When is Workshop 0?
